How to set up multiple google calendars on the iPhone
You use Google Calendar to manage your schedule. And you’ve just got yourself one of those fancy iPhones. Now comes the question: how do you sync them?
Prior to a month ago, you probably had to set up spanning sync on your computer to connect google calendar and iCal (if you’re on a mac) and then set up mobile me to sync over the air (or use iTunes to sync when you connected your iPhone to your computer). Big hassle. Until now (or at least a month ago).
Using the Microsoft Exchange sync feature Google has made it easy to sync your iPhone to Google calendar. The instructions are easy and the results work perfectly. Until you realize that only your primary calendar is sync’d.
If you’re like me, this is not going to fly. I have multiple calendars, and I need them all. So what to do?
- Go to m.google.com/sync in your iphone’s browser.
- Click on your iphone’s name - it should be listed on this page.
- Select the calendars that you want to sync (you can currently sync only a maximum of 5 - this is a bug that google and apple are currently working out).

That’s it. You’re sync’d.
